The 10 Commandments Of Vitality

The 10 commandments of vitality

Sadness and depression are complex and nuanced pains, the manifestations of which are as numerous as the people who suffer from them.

We are currently in the worst animal epidemic in history and on the edge of an emotional precipice that locks us in and brings us down. He is the worst demon of the 21st century.

Our tears oxidize our vitality, as if it were a cry in the silence, and as if we were consumed, exhausted by the consequences of our sadness.

Who has been embraced by the clutches of depression and endless sadness, feels that his life is dying out, that his cravings disappear and the darkness catches up with him.

This is why we cannot say that the opposite of depression is happiness, because it is more vitality.

As Solomon assures us:  “Depression tends to be associated with a loss of interest in life, and even the desire to live. It generates unbearable fear, enormous sadness and disconnection from others ”.

So it seems clear that  the victims of depression are as much the people who suffer from it as those around them.

Indeed, it is likely that depression depletes the energy and vitality of those close to the depressed person.

Knowing this, we must give depressed people and their indirect victims a taste for the social fabric, so that they do not feel alone.

What is certain is that no one is safe from falling into the clutches of this cruel demon who “defeats” the soul and torments people.

However,  we can get down to work and act now to protect ourselves from this sword of Damocles.

This imminent danger that torments us for a while is the result of our lifestyle and the circumstances in which we are locked.

Here are  10 commandments that are important to follow to the letter to continue enjoying the taste of life :

1. Unearth the “I can’t”.  You can if you really want to and if you think the game is worth the effort.
So, dismiss the bitterness and throw the “I won’t do it again” into oblivion.

2. Eliminate the negative filter and know that everything is neither white nor black, not even on a gray scale.
The world is made up of shades of color and to appreciate them you have to put on the right glasses.

3. Get active!  Leave the cell phone, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Skype aside for a while and get out and breathe the fresh air. Do not use all these social networks more than necessary!

4. Love yourself more than anything else, because it is the only way to succeed in loving the rest of the world.
Loving yourself is something that generates and regenerates self-confidence.

5. Don’t let work and obligations absorb you, and set aside time for other hobbies.

6. Stop looking for solutions on the internet, because no, Google does not have the answer to your problems.
The answers come from you, your attitude and your desire to change what is happening around you.

7. Stop comparing everything and trust your intuition.
If it is atrophied, don’t worry, you will wake up from your sleep. Sometimes you have to risk things to grow.

8. Don’t let an overwhelming sense of sadness come over you and take care of yourself with a bright future in mind.

9. Desolation and happiness are attitudes one has towards oneself, others and the future.
Try to reject the feelings of desolation and focus on your happiness.

10. Stay close to yourself, make time to love yourself, to know yourself and to question yourself if necessary.
Don’t let life become a train that never stops to rest.

Do not let evil and sadness grow inside you, do not be bitter because you have taken the wrong attitude towards life, take the reins of your daily life in hand and invent a motto for yourself. Make your present a better time.
